In this way, through intelligent ring generalship, you can face multiple attackers by taking on them one by one.

Our classes are open to any level of fitness and age, our growing team in the Chew Valley area is led by a Gracie Barra Black Belt.

The Society holds a regular programme of talks at 7.30pm on the last Wednesday of each month, from September to April. They feature speakers on a wide range of historical subjects and are an opportunity to meet other members and join in discussions.
