Ladies Toilets​

  • Install door closer.

  • Hide any surface mounted cabling.

  • Remove hot water system and replace with hot tap.

  • Replace door and closer.

Disabled Toilets
 
  • Replace old tiles with waterproof sheeting.

  • Resite sink.

  • Add baby changing unit.

  • Replace grab assisted railing.

  • Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Woodwork to be treated and repainted.

  • Install radiator.

  • Add mirror.

  • Hide any surface mounted cabling.

Area Outside of Men's Toilets
 
  • Install permanent cleaning cupboard.

  • Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Repaint walls.

  • Replace floor with non slip tiles.

Bar
 
  • Remove old bar and shelving units.

  • Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Plaster walls and ceiling.

  • Replace floor with non slip tiles.

  • Replace bar with a wooden version.

  • Adding shelving below the bar for glasses.

  • Install pelmet.

  • Install motorised security shutters.

  • Build floor to ceiling cupboard for storage and glass washer.

  • Add two lockable coolers and wine cooler.

Bar Cupboard
