  • Removal of one urinal 

  • Replace and resite urinal to corner to give more privacy.

  • Move sink and install inside the toilet.

  • Replace old tiles with waterproof sheeting.

  • Replace floor with non slip tiles.

  • Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Woodwork to be treated and repainted.

  • Install radiator.

  • Add mirror.

  • Install door closer.

  • Hide any surface mounted cabling.

  • Replace door and closer.

  • Hide any surface mounted cabling.

  • Remove hot water system and replace with hot tap.

  • Add baby changing unit.

  • Replace grab assisted railing.

  • Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Woodwork to be treated and repainted.

  • Install radiator.

  • Add mirror.

  • Hide any surface mounted cabling.

Area Outside of Men's Toilets
 

  • Install permanent cleaning cupboard.

  • Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Repaint walls.

Bar
 

  • Remove old bar and shelving units.

  • Plaster walls and ceiling.

  • Replace bar with a wooden version.

  • Adding shelving below the bar for glasses.

  • Install blackout blinds.

  • Install a public Wi-Fi access point.

  • Purchase 100 comfy chairs.

  • Upgrade sound system from stereo to 5.1.

  • Removal of the internal porch.

  • Resite the internal door closer to the external door.

Upstairs

  • Install a permanent shelving unit at the back wall with individual lockable cupboards.

  • Install a child-proof stairgate at the top of the stairs.

  • Paint and add non slip material to the steps.

  • Install laptop trolley with four laptops and a printer.

  • Create a meeting area with six chairs and table.

  • Install kitchenette with 3 meter worktop, sink, cupboard space and fridge.

  • Replace crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans.

  • Kitchen - Treat the walls with anti-fungal and waterproofing.

  • Kitchen - Replace wall tiles with plastered walls.

  • Kitchen - Replace flooring with non-slip tiles toughened vinyl.

  • Install fire door with closer.

  • Repaint outside door.

  • Repaint rail.

  • Install emergency lighting behind the hall.

  • Install a permanent switchable light above the door.
