Join fellow seniors 60 years old and over for fellowship and nutritious home cooked lunch provided by volunteers of the community. Meets the third Thursday of the month.

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
